The student’s story is scattered
Journify was built because the information a team needs already exists, just never in one place.

Profile, goals, accommodations, and present levels visible to the people who need them.
Cross-provider progress
Every professional’s evidence on one timeline, tagged to the goal it measures.
Service documentation
Log service minutes and session data where the rest of the student’s record already lives.
Less back-and-forth
No chasing data before a review; it’s already there, already current.
Role-based access
People see what their role requires, and nothing more.
Leadership roll-up
Provider data feeds caseload, school, and district views automatically.

Everyone references the same goals.
Collaboration FAQs
Who can see a student’s information?
Access is role-based. Team members see the students they support and the goals relevant to their role; districts control provisioning and can restrict access at any time.
Does Journify replace our communication tools?
No. It removes the need to email data back and forth by keeping the student record current, but your team keeps using its existing communication channels.
How is data shared between schools in a district?
Districts decide the scope. Data can stay within a school, or roll up to district leadership for caseload, school, and district views.
What happens when a provider changes mid-year?
The student record stays intact. A new provider inherits the goals, history, and evidence rather than starting from a blank page.
Pricing, funding, implementation, training, and support questions are answered on the Journify FAQs page.
