Pricing, Funding, and Procurement
How do districts pay for Journify?
Journify is licensed annually at the school or district level, and districts commonly fund it through IDEA Part B and other federal, state, or local sources.
What does a free pilot include?
A pilot starts with one team or school at no cost, and no procurement process is needed to begin. Teams bring their existing IEP goals and student context and use Journify on their real caseloads.
What paperwork do you provide for procurement?
W-9s, DPAs, privacy documentation, and district vendor forms are provided as part of the purchasing process.
Implementation, Training, and Support
How long does implementation take?
Most teams are working in Journify within a few weeks. Rollout is kickoff and launch planning, administrative setup covering rosters, dashboard, and optional SSO, then two training sessions on core and advanced workflows, delivered direct, train-the-trainer, or hybrid.
What training and support do teams get?
Two training sessions cover core and advanced workflows, and each district works with a Partner Success Lead who reviews adoption, usage trends, and support needs at leadership success reviews.
Do educators need AI experience to start?
No. AI literacy is included in onboarding, and every AI-generated item is an editable draft an educator reviews before it is used with a student.
Adoption and Recognition
Where is Journify used today?
Journify is used by 100+ districts and charter networks across 20+ states.
